Urban Chic Lilongwe is a retailer of authentic cosmetics, skincare products, and supplements. The store is based in Lilongwe and is female owned and ran.

Challenge

Management wished to leverage digital marketing to increase walk-ins and increase their market share as well as solidify themselves as leading suppliers of skincare and wellness products in the country. They also wished to streamline the process of rewarding their loyal customers from time to time.

Approach
 

We set up Facebook and Instagram pages for the store and created on-brand content for the pages.

 

 

 

We have also had several professional shoots at the store.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We create special promotions every now and then to engage with the audience but also reward the customers with discounted items.

We make sure to create special vouchers and promotions in relation to any current events especially those that have something to do with women empowerment, wellness and beauty.

Results
 

Urban Chic have had an increase in engagement with their target audience and have extended their lead as the most follow cosmetics store in the country. In 2022 they opened a sister store "Pe-Pro" in a different location. We continue to provide brand guardianship and media services to both Urban Chic and Re-Pro.
