Fresh Cutz Barbershop is an executive barbershop in the heart of Lilongwe's City Centre. Beyond being a barbershop, the store also offers other grooming services such as pedicure and massage.

Challenge

Management wished to leverage digital marketing to increase walk-ins and increase their market share as well as solidify themselves as a modern barbershop that is more than just a barbershop.

Approach
 

We set up Facebook and Instagram pages for the store and created on-brand content for the pages. We have also had several professional shoots at the store. We have partnered with other brands and even successfully hosted the national team for a day of grooming after their return from the African Cup Of Nations. This multilayered strategy has resulted in positive results for the store.

We introduced a loyalty card that when scanned with any smartphone camera leads to an online form that collects a few customer details as well as feedback. This helps us manage the customer database, reward return customers as well as track the progress of campaigns. This digital solution is in line with the modern experience management wish for their customers
