SERVICE : WEB DESIGN AND AUTOMATION
Management of the company wished to go digital with a responsive website and an added feature that would allow them to recruit more carers online from different countries.
Based on the logo design, we created a color scheme for their brand and we based the web design on this scheme. We then automated the application process by developing a form that could be filled out and Crossover Care would receive the applicant's details in their email.
The form was then included in a Facebook ad that we created and posted on their Facebook page. The audience was carefully selected across 4 different counties.
In a period of a month, the ad got 4,001 engagements, 1.6K link clinks, and reached over 60,000 people.
So far 242 applicants have completed their applications and are awaiting feedback from the management of the company.
